I was referred to Bill Grijalva by a neighbor some years ago when I was looking to do some construction work on my home. Several contractors were providing us bids to build a loft. Bill showed up at the appointed time, submitted his bid promptly and offered a fair price for the work. I accepted Bill's bid, and work began promptly. Bill was on time, communicated with us when there was any questions and completed the project on time and within budget. The exceptional piece for me was that Bill would communicate with us, make suggestions when asked, and work with us. We never had a problem or concern with his work.
We then decided to do a complete build out, add an upstairs laundry room, enlarge the kitchen and family room and build an upstairs patio. We asked Bill for a bid, and once again, he provided a timely and fair price for the work. We again accepted his bid and work began on a 6 month long construction project. Bill was great and worked with us to get the most out of the project, both physically and financially.
Anytime I have any construction work, I reach out to Bill. He has done these two large projects for us and several smaller ones. I have also referred Bill to many of my friends and neighbors. I would recommend him for any construction job, big or small.

Bill Grijalva and his team did the remodel of our master bedroom and master bathroom. I think everyone can agree that remodeling is not a fun experience, but Bill and his team made this experience a pleasant one.
For starters, Bill is a great communicator and keeps you informed of the progress, and setbacks the entire way through. He not only manages your expectations, but really meets them. He was on time every single day, was neat and he and his team always cleaned up after themselves after every demo, paint job or any other project they started.
Some of his crew would work late into the night in order to stay on the target date, which was much appreciated.
His crew members were all very kind and professional. They came in did the job and left, which is exactly what we wanted.
Our room and bathroom look amazing and we couldn’t be happier. My favorite element has to be the open flow Bill has created: seamlessly leading from bedroom to bathroom, in a space which was once dingy and awkward. I would highly recommend Bill to anyone.
